YouTube Community Challenge
Welcome to the YouTube Community Challenge!
Every quarter, it all revolves around one question: Which trading idea from our community really has what it takes to succeed?
Here’s how the challenge works:
Before a new season begins, we set the symbol/s and timeframe/s for the strategies we’re looking for in that round. This allows you to develop your idea specifically for that context, rather than having to adapt an existing idea afterwards.
You submit your strategy, the community votes, and the five most-voted submissions advance to the next round. We program all five systems and present them in a short video series - including an initial teaser backtest covering the most recent month.
All five systems then go live simultaneously and trade under identical conditions until the end of the quarter: same symbol, same time frame, a starting capital of €10,000 each, and a uniform risk of 1% of the starting capital per trade, so that exactly the same amount is lost for each system when the stop is hit. This is precisely why all five systems trade the same symbol and time frame: if each system used a different instrument, a winner might simply have been lucky with its symbol rather than having submitted the most compelling idea. Only under identical conditions it does become clear whose strategic logic truly works best. Rankings are determined solely based on the returns achieved - since all systems run under identical conditions and with identical risk, this direct comparison is fair.
You can track the current standings here - we update the returns once a day, and you’ll also find a brief strategy description, the submitter’s name, and links to the strategy video, individual purchase, bundle, and backtest download.
The Reward:
At the end of the season, a final video wraps up the challenge. The winning strategy is available to the submitter completely free of charge. But 2nd through 5th place finishers won’t go away empty-handed either: They’ll receive a discount on a single system or bundle of their choice from our Challenges category—tiered according to their ranking:
-
2nd place: 20% discount
-
3rd place: 15% discount
-
4th place: 10% discount
-
5th place: 5% discount
All strategies available immediately:
Starting at the beginning of the season, you can purchase all five systems from this round in our shop - either individually or as a bundle.
The Hall of Fame:
Regardless of how a season ends, each of the five strategies will be permanently archived in our Hall of Fame. There, you’ll find each system’s season ranking, profit generated, and other key metrics, along with a strategy description, all backtests, and links to the corresponding video and product. This way, with each season, a publicly accessible collection of real, live-tested strategies grows - transparent and verifiable for everyone.
Current Season:
Season 1
Our first Community Challenge is currently underway: Five strategies submitted by you and selected via a community vote have been trading live against each other since July 3, 2026—on the [Symbol] chart within the [Time Frame], each with an identical risk per trade of 1%.
You can see who’s currently in the lead right in the leaderboard below - the rankings are updated regularly. The season ends on [End Date], and we’ll publish a final video with the results and the winner.
Would you like to learn more about how each system works? In our video series, we present all five strategies in detail - you'll find the links right next to each system in the rankings.
All five systems from this season are now available for purchase in our store, either individually or as a bundle.
